  1. Mr. and Mrs. Darren Baldwin and begin business of information destruction, providing mobile document destruction and compliance with major regulations: HIPAA, FACTA, GLBA, and EEA. – September, 2005

  2. Aegis Armor, LLC is registered as an Ohio business focusing on records management. – December, 7th 2005

  3. Through the design influence of Wiseacre design, Aegis Armor, LLC receives a personality through the completion of logos that capture the essence of secure destruction. December, 2005

  4. Aegis Armor makes purchase of an AXO WM608 Mobile Shredder, the most secure solution in confidential mobile destruction… consistent shred size, pierce-and-tear technology, video surveillance, and touchless destruction process. – December, 18th 2005

  5. Black paint scheme with minimal markings are applied to paper shredding fleet - aid in covert approach to media destruction and mobile collection practices. – January, 2006

  6. Aegis Armor, LLC participates in the Ameriprise Security Forum through free mobile shredding service and promotes awareness in identity theft. This event was held at the Rave Theatre in West Chester. - January 24th, 2006

  7. Aegis Armor, LLC educates on document management services for the “At Work on Purpose” BIZNISTRY event at Grace Chapel in Mason, OH. – January 28th, 2006

  8. Aegis Armor joins the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of ARMA, a group of organizations that seek to educate the industry on records management standards and best practices of file storage, imaging, data vaulting, and other records solutions. – February, 2006

  9. NAID accepts Aegis Armor, LLC as a member. The National Association of Information Destruction sets standards for information destruction, especially paper shredding. – February 16th, 2005

  10. For Records and Information Management (RIM) Month, the Greater Cincinnati Chapter hosts a Shred Day to educate the general public on the safe and proper disposal of sensitive personal documents. Aegis Armor, LLC provides free paper shredding and information destruction services. April 29th, 2006

  11. On April 30th, 2006 Aegis Armor, LLC receives the highest designation in mobile destruction, AAA NAID Certification. This designation by NAID is the result of passing stringent audits on employment as well as mobile destruction practices.
  12. Aegis Armor, LLC is established as the only AAA NAID Certification shredding company headquartered in Butler County, Ohio. – April, 2006

  13. Innovative Woodworking designs a custom locking cabinet which will allow Aegis Armor customers to select custom colors that coordinate with their office space. August, 2006

  14. Aegis Armor, LLC registers with the Federal government through CCR and obtains its Cage Code# 4HXB9. – August, 2006

  15. The West Chester Chamber Alliance selects Aegis Armor, LLC as a member. September 11th, 2006

  16. The Better Business Bureau screens and selects Aegis Armor, LLC as a business which upholds best practices in business ethics. Aegis Armor becomes a BBB Member. - September, 2006

  17. CJT Digital Design and Wiseacre Design work with Aegis Armor, LLC to design and implement Phase II of the Aegis web site, which aids in better communication of our full breadth of document management services: shredding, imaging, & file storage. - October, 2006
